Position Summary

The Senior HRBP Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by strategically aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This position involves collaborating with business leaders, managing a team of HR professionals, and overseeing various HR functions to support the overall success of the organization.

Principal Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning:
•    Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
•    Conduct regular workforce planning and talent assessments to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
•    Collaborate with other HR professionals in developing HR strategies to support business needs, including Talent and retention strategy 

Employee Relations:
•    Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
•    Investigate and address employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
•    Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Team Leadership:
•    Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
•    Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the HR team.

HR Policy Development and Compliance:
•    Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
•    Work with legal counsel as needed to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.

Performance Management:
•    Design and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and development.
•    Conduct regular reviews of performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Employee Development and Training:
•    Identify training needs and collaborate with the learning and development team to design and implement programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
•    Support career development initiatives to foster employee growth within the organization.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
•    Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
•    Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics and trends to senior leadership.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
•    Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on strategic HR planning and business partnership.
•    Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
•    Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.
